I have 5 children (3 boys and 2 girls). Our bonus child is a 17 year old boy who is 7 years younger than his older adult sibs. I RARELY had to contend with managing toxic masculinity when raising my older kids but not now!
Working with elementary kids for years I've seen the bulldozer attitude come out from younger and younger kids and it's devastating. And now when they see it in leaders, what do we do?

Such wonderful sentiments! I think it’s so important to teach children and even adults sometimes thst being a compassionate leader is important and it’s okay to be vulnerable. I think it makes us better people and leaders.
