I get such JOY from singing VERY QUIETLY listening to my music while on the treadmill or bike at the rec ctr. I try to b quite quiet about it (and look to see if those next to me have ear buds in). I kind of rejuvinates me and makes the work outs so much more FUN. 🎵

a way of staying human! YES. this afternoon I got out a watercolor book at the island with my 8 year old while she did her homework. it felt so good to put my phone down, connect and create! and she said that was her "high" of the day at dinner 🤍🤍
Our kids are truly so grateful when we are just present with them! They are the best reminder to just “sit” even when there are things on the to do list. Thanks for sharing this 🥰
