Sunday Scroll #81
How an audiobook narrator organizes her day, living in Small-Town England, ideas for friend dates, and the *other* Love Languages
Happy Sunday, y’all! Hope you’re having a slow and easy start to your day. Right now I’m sipping a rich cup of coffee, reading one more Substack before I whip up our favorite Sunday Morning Casserole from The Simplified Cookbook.
My favorite part of this recipe? It’s only four ingredients. And one of them is crescent roll dough! (why do crescent rolls make everything better??)
What will I do after that? Maybe laundry. Maybe read. Maybe nothing. Who knows! It’s that kind of Sunday, where nothing big is on the books. The best kind of weekend, tbh.
Let’s scroll a bit, shall we?
How an audiobook narrator organizes her day. Y’all know I love me an audiobook. I clicked on this so fast.
Who needs “words of affirmation”? These are the other Love Languages. 🤣 I would read a whole book of these!
Comfy, cozy sheets. We're starting to outfit the lake house with furniture, art, and bedding. I love these Luxe Sateen Sheets from Brooklinen and took advantage of their Sleep Sale (20% off!) to outfit all the beds in the house. The quality is amazing and they're super cool to the touch. (PS: thanks to Brooklinen for sponsoring today's Sunday Scroll. #ad)
10 things to do on a date with your friends (that don’t involve food). Easy, doable, creative, and fun.
