Hey friends. Happy Sunday! October is coming. I can feel it. The air in Pensacola has dipped below “melt your face off.” I simply cannot wait to be able to spend a Sunday with my back doors open and a cool breeze blowing in off the bay.

Start Without Me (Gary Janetti). Gary Janetti is a national treasure. You’ve probably seem his memes on Instagram, but if you’re unfamiliar, he’s hysterical and you must follow. I love a dry sense of humor. His book is on my TBR list.
Past Lives movie. I haven’t watched this yet, but I plan to tonight. It’s on Apple TV. From the trailer: “Two childhood sweethearts, after decades apart, are reunited for one fateful week in New York as they confront notions of destiny, love, and the choices that make a life in this heartrending modern romance from filmmaker Celine Song.” Greta Lee starts in this movie. She’s from The Morning Show and I think she’s great.
Enneagram Lullabies. This is the best part of today’s Sunday Scroll. A few years ago, my friend Gina Zeidler told me about this. Writing under the name Sleeping at Last, Ryan O’Neal has comprised an album entitled Atlas —9 songs honoring the 9 enneagram types (side note: I tested as a 2w3, but I’m pretty certain I’m a solid 3w2). They’re lullabies to help soothe the hearts and minds of each type. For instance, the chorus of the song for the Enneagram Type 3 (the proverbial workhorses) says “Maybe I’ve done enough…” 🥺 Listen to the lullaby for your Enneagram type and let me know what you think.
