I don’t know about you, but I’ve been craving some good news lately. The world feels loud and a little chaotic right now — and sometimes you just need dog memes, stories about strangers being kind to each other, and a few minutes of quiet before the week starts. That’s what I made for you today. I hope the Sunday Scroll gives you a little breathing room. Writing it gave me some too.
Before we dive in, congratulations to Lindsay Sterchi, winner of the beauty box giveaway from this week’s Book Club post! (PS: I just finished this month’s pick… it was beautiful! If you like Golden Girls, you’re going to love the four younger friends in The Book Club for Troublesome Women).
Hey, everything you do is good. Just wanted you to know.
This is so sweet. I saw this on Instagram and later saw it again on The Today Show. A woman raised $1M for a 78-year-old Door Dasher. He’d retired years earlier, but after his wife lost her job, he picked up the job to make ends meet.
I’m sure you’ve seen this, but here is a deeper dive into the story of the astronaut who, along with his crew, named a crater on the moon after his late wife. He literally loved her to the moon and back and I cannot even handle it. I loved every reel and every TikTok about this precious story this week.
The Strategic Cost of Self Neglect. Woof. This one got me. A great essay on what we’re really doing when we put our own mental / physical / spiritual health on the back burner.
“The antidote to the anxious generation is human connection.” A quote from this article on why putting phones down isn’t enough…
If you’re watching golf today, here’s the story behind The Masters’ $1.50 sandwiches.
I’ve been sorting through a whole lot on my plate at work lately, trying to better prioritize, and Bryan recently said to me, “what is it you want your life right now to look like… start there.” This article about analog living for normal people came at the perfect time. I love her list of ways to be more analog in 2026.
Considering reorganizing your kitchen? (I’m feeling the Spring Cleaning itch too). Cookbook author, Phoebe Lapine, wrote a piece on doing this well here.
A case for strengthening our society by strengthening people. This article is a deep think piece, but a nod to the thought that liberal arts degrees are going to become even more valuable than before in the future, as technology and AI grow.
What do social media companies fear? Time management. Loved this piece from author of Deep Work, Cal Newport (great book if you haven’t read it).
Kristin Winchester and Betsy K. Storey wrote a great Guide to The Masters over on The Briarpatch!
If you’ve ever wanted to try the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer (or any of their viral products), they have a 4 minis for $32 bundle right now. I’ve used Shape Tape religiously for years, but wanted to try the Tarte Green Shape Tape so gave it a try this way (it’s great for concealing any redness!)
I wore this madras dress for our Spring Launch Day this week and loved it so much. The drop waist is really pretty and the material is flowy and comfortable. Comes in three color options.
This is so random, but Cetaphil sent me three products from their new Skin Activator line to try. If you know me, you know I swear by a lot of drug store skincare brands. And Cetaphil is top on that list. I honestly didn’t think this would do much other than moisturize, but it is REALLY GOOD. It has Mandelic Acid in it (a gentle AHA very good for sensitive skin) and it makes my skin so smooth. I use this lotion at night and when I wash my face in the morning I can tell a difference in how my skin feels. This’ll be a staple for me going forward.
I’ve heard multiple people say this sheer bralette is really good. I love this brand’s bras and wear their tee shirt bras almost daily. But this one is a little more fun!

Before you go — check out Simplified’s newest collection, just released this week! Blush Hydrangeas stole the show in both the planner and non-planner categories. Go take a look. You deserve something beautiful on your desk.
