Sunday Scroll #128
Chipotle salmon, flaky friends, what the workplace does to dysregulated women, and lessons from the most soothing show on TV
Good morning, and Happy Sunday! How are you today?
Hope you’re feeling loved and adored by your people after Valentine’s Day. Tbh we keep it really simple over here. Bryan gets me a small bouquet of flowers, I write the kids notes on stationery with all the serious and sweet and silly things I love about them, and we eat takeout (!) on Valentine’s paper plates filled. Oh, and there’s candy (Reese’s hearts, anyone?). Small but meaningful!
I’ve got some good reads for you today: a zesty weeknight salmon recipe, what do to about your flaky friend, how to interpret all the news floating around about AI, and 12 lessons from PBS’s soothing TV series, All Creatures Great and Small.
Grab a cup of something delicious, and let’s get scrolling!
This chipotle salmon with orange salsa (!) is on the docket this week. We’re a salmon house from the way back, and this looks (A) so bright and flavorful and (B) so easy for a weeknight!
The workplace runs on dysregulated women. I have lived every single word of this, and I bet you have too. Read til the very end.
Knowing when to rest instead of push harder. A perfect companion piece to the previous link — think of it as an antidote.
