Hard won confidence and how the heck to get it

For maybe the first time in my life, I feel an unshakeable confidence in my heart, in my head, in my body. (It feels weird to say that out loud. Like we’re not supposed to say it. Or we’re supposed to claim the opposite). But here we are. :) I feel it every time I weather a change with steadfastness or say yes or no on the outside in a way that unequivocally matches my insides. I feel it every time I bet on myself and win. It’s heavy and strong and graceful and roots my feet to the floor.
