I love a good look-back list. 2023 was… a lot. It was great, hard, and a year full of great memories made. Dotting the landscape of the past twelve months were books that gave me a great distraction, encouraged my heart, and left me thinking. No matter what the day held, I always looked forward to curling up in bed and getting lost in a good book (or audiobook). Without further ado, here are the 23 best books I read in 2023 (and a few from the very end of 2022).
